Members of the public sought information of a proposed path across the Wellbank site and how it would connect into Bootle Village. The Chair explained the difficulties in determining a safe route further to the one across Wellbank site and that as yet no further route has been able to be confirmed.
1 member of public complained about the number of potholes and flooding at Annaside. Were advised to report of the Highways HiMs system.

The Clerk presented the modified questions. Councillors to check. To launch questionnaire at the Annual Parish Meeting with a deadline for completion end of July. Final questionnaire to be approved at April meeting.
Cllr Kenworthy reported that he has met with representatives of Wellbank to discuss the preferred route of a footpath across the site.
Cllr Kenworthy to meet with Cumberland Highways to discuss drainage route. The overhanging tree has been removed by the contractor. Suggested that the willow be removed and replaced with trees, to discuss with Bootle in Bloom.
Bootle in Bloom have requested the purchase of 2 barrels for planting at a cost of £237.60. This was agreed.
No response from Cumberland to last email.
