44/25.2 Footpath Wellbank/S106 monies
LDNP have restoned the footpath from Wellbank to Bootle Station, will complete the installation of fencing and accessible gates in next 2 weeks. New signposts to be installed by LDNP. When completed to put photos on Bootle Crack Facebook page.
RESOLVED to accept Cumberland’s estimate of £49126 (including 10% contingency) to install the road footpath. Clerk to sign on behalf of the Parish Council on understanding that the footpath once installed will be adopted by Cumberland Highways. Proposed by Cllr Faulkner Seconded by Cllr Woodcock
Notification of road closure notice for works between 22 September and 31 October 2025 between 8am – 5pm
44/25.3 Hycemoor Field
Awaiting permission to connect to land surface water drain.
44/25.4 Environment Issues
Cllr Duck reported that the salt bin at the entrance to Annanside had been damaged and there was as a salt spillage. Will report on HiMs.
44/25.5 Car Park by Toilet block
The Clerk had received correspondence with regards to car park. Cumberland will resurface. Council resolved to accept on a full asset transfer of car park and land adjoining, but will not pay legal fees nor expect revenue clause.
44/25.6 Matters raised at Annual Parish Meeting 15 May
Cllr Duck reported that residents still complaining about grids on pavement.

Residents complaining about the state of the field. Clerk to contact to ascertain what residents want to happen and seek volunteers.
