To examine applications for development and submit observations to the Planning Authority:

7/2025/4101 – 10 Monks Moors, Eskmeals
Construction of a new flat roof extension with glazed lantern above to an existing dwelling, with internal and external alterations.

9.2 Ratification of Observations

To ratify the observations submitted by the Clerk under devolved powers since the last meeting.
