69/25 Community Plan
Clerk to present a Questionnaire at November meeting, Ascertain cost of placing on website.
69/25.2 Footpath Wellbank/S106 monies
Footpath between Inmans Farm and Bootle Station completed. Footpath to Wellbank due to be completed end of October. Statement to be put out once completed.
69/25.3 Hycemoor Field
Clerk to chase application to connect to land drain.

Awaiting estimate to install an opening window and to make alterations to extract system. Quote for electrical check approved. Outstanding rent for September and replacement flooring. Spend approved up to £1500

Cllr Kenworthy reported that the community woodland had suffered some storm damage which will be addressed in November volunteer/maintenance.

The Clerk had received correspondence with regards to car park. Council resolved to reconsider proposal once works had been completed and the installation of EV charge points had been completed.

Owned by Cumberland Council, cut twice a year.

Clerk to ask current contractor for a quote.
