10/25 Police Liaison Report
Previously circulated. It was noted that the recent theft of tools from property at Bootle Station had not been included. The Police asked for residents to be vigilant and report any suspicious activity to the police on 101.

Clerks Report
The Clerk reported that she had received a letter claiming that the PC was in credit on PAYE, after investigation, the Clerk could find no evidence of this and has responded to HMRC accordingly.

16/25 VILLAGE MATTERS
16/25.1 Community Plan
Draft Questionnaire not received.
16/25.2 Footpath Wellbank/S106 monies
Clir Kenworthy had met with LDNP for an update on Wellbank and also the Park Ranger on site to discuss footpath. All landowners now met / contacted and given approval. Works planned to start on existing footpath Early June. Received £7k funding for roadside path and applied for another £42k to enable, awaiting a decision.
16/25.3 Hycemoor Field
Site investigations undertaken by contractor and awaiting preliminary proposal report as to what works required. Noted that failed to inform Hycemoor residents of works.
16/25.4 Environment Issues
Trampling bracken -volunteers sought, precheck for acders.
16/25.5 Car Park by Toilet block
The Clerk had received a follow up email from Cumberland stating that they would not pay for repairs, PC could undertake repairs if they so wish. EV charge points to be placed on Community Plan. Clerk to contact Clir Pratt re possible funding.

16/25.8 Speeding A595 and Hycemoor
A speed report had been received for A595 near to the sports field which showed and average speed of 32mph. Speeding cars at Hycemoor had been reported to the police who were going to investigate.
17/25 Reports from representatives on outside bodies and working groups
17/25.1 BDSSA – Clir Kenworthy reported that all the reports had now been received and a planning submission would be duly made, Contaminated land found in the mound which requires to be moved to a specialist disposal site at an estimated cost of £52k. Risk Register to be updated to reflect.

All correspondence has been previously circulated. The following had been received:

19/25 Councillor Matters
e CliIr Faulkner noted that not all of the new speed limit signs had been installed
e ClIr Duck reported that 14 bags of rubbish had been collected at the recent litter pick along with 5 x car bumpers. And a stolen credit card which had been returned to its owner. Any cans collected are taken to Air Ambulance to raise funds. Another litter pick is planned.
e Clir Kenworthy reported that the dog waste bin had been replaced at Bootle Station.
