1. ATTENDANCE AND APOLOGIES – to receive apologies for absence.

2. Exclusion of Press and Public (Public Bodies Admission to Meetings Act 1960)
To consider whether there are any agenda items during consideration of which the
press and public should be excluded.

3. DECLARATION OF INTEREST:
To receive declarations, by elected and co-opted members, of interests in respect of
items on this agenda.

4. MINUTES of the Parish Council Meeting held on 14th February 2022
To authorise the Chairman to sign, as a correct record, the minutes of the Meeting held
14th March 2022 (previously circulated).

To Receive for information and/or determine action, as appropriate, on the items in the
following reports:

7. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION/OPEN SESSION (15 minutes allowed)
The chairman will invite residents to make representations on any item on this agenda
or to bring matters to the attention of the Council for consideration for inclusion in a

To receive for information items relevant to the Parish. (Items raised for decision will
appear on the agenda for the next meeting.

  • 9.1 To examine applications for development and submit observations to the
    Planning Authority:
  • 9.2 To ratify the observations submitted by the Clerk under devolved powers since
    the last meeting.
  • 9.3 To note the decisions of the statutory planning authority with regards to recent
    applications

  • Valda Energy Electricity – direct debit £ 39.73
  • West Cumbria Rivers Trust Education sessions £ 253.75

10.2 To note the receipt of payments

  • Rent March £ 265.00
  • Donation box toilet £ 5.27
  • Book box £ 0.00

10.3 To receive and note the bank statement dated

10.4 To consider the Budget Comparison Report as at 31 March 2022 and determine
action need to address deviations from the budget.

10.5 To approve the risk Register/Risk Assessment for 2022

10.6 To approve the asset Register for 2022

10.7 To approve the Annual Governance Statement for 2021/22
