Cllr Kenworthy reported that Wellbank have yet to confirm formally the public route across their site. Positive feedback received for stretch from Inmans to Bootle Station.
Request for permission to United Utilities to use existing drain submitted. Sale of land awaiting additional information.
Toilet Block – suspicion of camper vans disposing of waste in toilets and using outside tap to fill up tanks.
Lock placed on tap to prevent unauthorised usage.
Cleaner reported that incontinence pads had been left on the disabled toilet floor. Cllr Woodcock to add notice on Facebook page.
Clerk & Cllr Kenworthy to attend a meeting on 11 June 2026 with representatives of Cumberland Council to discuss issues. Concerns that with the restrictions on the lay byes that the Sellafield traffic will use the car park. Request to Cllr Pratt re monitoring of car park usage by Sellafield workers.

After feedback from Annual Parish meeting – minor changes to be made on map. Cllr Duck to contact contractor.
Phone box needs repainting on door where planning had been done.
Cllr Woodcock suggested that bleed kits be included in the phone boxes. Clerk & Cllr Woodcock to investigate further and determine ongoing costs.

Cllr Kenworthy reported that further to request from planning to modify finishes to the training barn project awaits updated architect plans to be completed before submitting to LDNP.
