Members of the public raised questions and clarification regarding the proposed sale of a small piece of land at Hycemoor. The Chair clarified the situation and advised which parcel of land was being sold.
Members of the Public raised the general problem of lack of off road parking at Hycemoor, concerns re flooding of the footpath (to be resolved with the introduction of a drain on sale of land, and the use of properties as Airbnb’s and the noise/disruption.
Clerk to determine if the green was listed as a Green Space.
MoP advised to contact police re noise/nuisance from Airbnb

Cllr Pratt had forwarded an email to the clerk with a number of topics on which needed to be circulated including Green Doctors, Rural Food and Finance, Back to School, bus service, Community Panel Priorities, Free Vitamins, Cumberland Community Forest.
Corney Road shut due to weak bridge and will be shut for the foreseeable future.
Councillors raised issue of moving 30mph sign at entrance to village back or to introduce a 40mph sign to slow traffic prior to it entering the village.

BDSSA – Cllr Kenworthy reported that the tree survey and risk assessment had been completed and is to be actioned. There is to be a meeting w/c 18 September 2023 to integrate the results of the recent survey into the architectural specification to enable . Awaiting a detailed specification for plans and options to be drawn for further stakeholder engagement.
